Paul McCutcheon is a Partner and Head of Housing in the Property Team at Lavelle Partners.
Paul has more than 25 years’ experience as a Real Estate lawyer. He specialises in advising developer clients in all aspects of the acquisition, development and sale of residential property developments. Acting for some of the largest developers in Ireland, Paul has sold thousands of units to private and institutional purchasers over the past 5 years and is a recognised expert in this field.
He also has significant experience in a wide variety of commercial, residential property and conveyancing work acting for clients ranging from multi-national and publicly listed companies, large international retail chains and banks to local authorities, state bodies and foreign governments.
Paul is adept in advising receivers and liquidators in both the on-going management and the sale of properties over which they had been appointed and in acting for examiners in the examination of companies with a significant property element.
In addition, Paul is highly experienced in acting for both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of commercial leases of retail, industrial and office properties and has been responsible for managing the property portfolios owned by substantial retail chains and manufacturing and warehousing companies.
