Rory Knight is a Solicitor in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team. He is experienced in acting in defamation and enforcement actions, property and construction disputes and professional negligence litigation.
He acts for a wide range of clients including both commercial and private clients, banks and financial institutions.
Rory has contributed to reports by a United Nations body and the Independent Living Movement Ireland on the rights for Persons with Disabilities in Ireland and internationally.
He is also experienced in challenging decisions in respect of Assessment of Need applications and care allowances.
