Ciarán Leavy is a Partner and Head of Litigation & Dispute Resolution at Lavelle Partners.

He has considerable experience advising on a wide range of commercial disputes and has acted on behalf of many of the leading financial services providers in Ireland including AIB, Bank of Ireland, KBC and many more.

Ciarán also has extensive experience in shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, insurance disputes, property and building disputes, insolvency, professional negligence actions and many high-profile defamation cases.

Ciarán was named Litigation Lawyer of the Year at the Irish Law Awards 2019 and is cited by the Legal 500 500 500 as “top notch”, “extremely astute” and “displays all the characteristics that encompasses a top-class legal professional”.
