Niamh Laing

Niamh Laing is a Solicitor in the Asset & Debt Recovery Team.

She has experience in advising a broad range of clients in mortgage litigation, asset recovery and enforcement of security.

Niamh also advises in relation to personal insolvency, bankruptcy and the appointment of receivers over residential properties in Ireland.

In addition, Niamh acts for private clients in judgment proceedings and has advised on the mechanisms available in Ireland to recover unsecured debt.
