Ernesta Staponkute is a Solicitor in the Employment Team at Lavelle Partners.
She has experience advising employers and employees on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including employment contracts, workplace procedures and employment disputes.
Ernesta’s experience includes drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, severance and settlement agreements, employee handbooks and workplace policies and procedures. She also supports clients in relation to disciplinary and grievance processes, workplace investigations, redundancy processes and termination of employment.
In addition, Ernesta has experience advising on matters before the Workplace Relations Commission across a broad range of employment disputes.
