About the Purchase
Lavelle Partners LLP have advised Urban Gym Group (“UGG”) on its recent acquisition of Iconic Health Clubs Dublin, marking the group’s first move into Ireland.
The transaction adds four premium health clubs to UGG’s portfolio, increasing its network to more than 60 locations across the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Ireland. The acquisition builds on an active period of expansion, further strengthening its position in the European fitness market.

The Lavelle Partners multi-disciplinary team was led by Gríana O’Kelly, Partner and Head of Corporate & Commercial.
