Lavelle Partners LLP have advised ENX on its recent acquisition by the Phenna Group.
ENX, a Dublin-based Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing consultancy firm specialising in the residential new build housing and retrofit sector in Ireland, will join Phenna’s Built Environment Division as a bolt-on to Building Energy Testers.
Headquartered in the UK, Phenna Group has grown rapidly over the last few years to become one of the world's leading Testing, Inspection, Certification and Compliance businesses by partnering with several independent companies. The deal represents Phenna Group's seventh acquisition of 2026.
Multi-Disciplinary Legal Advice
The Lavelle Partners multi-disciplinary team was led by Gríana O’Kelly, Partner and Head of Corporate & Commercial, supported by Solicitor Éimhín Brazil.
Denise Dockery, Property Partner, and Marc Fitzgibbon, Head of Employment, advised on the property and employment law aspects of the acquisition.
