About Marc Fitzgibbon
Marc Fitzgibbon is a Partner on the Employment and Litigation & Dispute Resolution Teams at Lavelle Partners, with over 35 years’ experience as an Employment law expert, advising clients on both private and commercial disputes.
Marc is a highly experienced practitioner at the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour Court and represents both employers and employees on all aspects of employment law. He is experienced in negotiating exit arrangements and severance packages for high earning senior executives and is a CEDR qualified Mediator with extensive mediation experience.
