Terms and Conditions for the supply of goods or services will be drafted to suit a companies' business needs and may be:

  • Prepared in an online format for a supplier’s website, obliging the customer to accept the terms and conditions online.

  • Prepared in a hard copy format to be included in a supplier’s order form or invoice.

  • Prepared in the form of a supply agreement where the parties to the agreement sign their acceptance in person.
