Lavelle Partners secured a settlement for a man who sustained significant injuries following three separate falls while a patient at a Dublin Hospital

The Plaintiff should have been monitored more closely as he was suffering an unrelated injury which caused him to have poor balance.

He fell on three separate occasions over a period of four weeks and suffered a broken thumb, fractured ankle and soft tissue head injuries.

Lavelle Partners issued proceedings at the case was successfully mediated in advance on the trial for a significant sum plus the plaintiff’s costs.
