About Nikita
Nikita Kirby is a Solicitor who works across both Lavelle Partners’ Property and Wills, Probate & Estate Planning Teams. Her particular focus is on the acquisition, disposal and financing of a broad range of commercial and residential properties.
Nikita has extensive experience advising in relation to mortgagee and receiver sales of both commercial and residential properties and in acting for lending institutions in relation to secured lending transactions.
She is also experienced in advising both families and professionals on estate planning, will structuring and administration of estates.
Nikita joined Lavelle Partners as a trainee in 2019 and qualified as a solicitor in 2023.
Recent Experience
- Acting for a number of prominent financial institutions with a particular emphasis on receiver and mortgagee in possession property disposals
- Acting for a large number of private clients in a wide range of residential and commercial property transactions including commercial leasing, title rectification and re-financing matters
- Advising on Will structuring
- Acting for clients in applying for Grants of Representation to attorneys of the personal representative, grants to committee of the person of unsound mind
- Applications to Court under Section 27 (4) of the Succession Act 1965 to have an individual appointed to administer on estate
- Preparation of Enduring Powers of Attorneys for execution by clients and Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney with the Wards of Court Office when the donor lost capacity
