Nikita Kelly is a Solicitor on our Employment and Litigation & Dispute Resolution Teams, advising on all aspects of employment law relating to both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Nikita provides ongoing support to employers and employees on all aspects of the employment relationship.
She advises a wide range of clients, both commercial and private clients, in relation to the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of contracts of employment and severance agreements. She also assists clients in drafting and implementing workplace policies and procedures.
Nikita represents clients before the Workplace Relations Commission and the Civil Courts on a broad range of employment issues. She also represents clients in mediation to resolve work related issues and conflicts.
Nikita joined the firm in 2016 and qualified as a solicitor in 2020.
