Erin Barrett is a Solicitor at Lavelle Partners, specialising in Property and in Wills, Probate & Estate Planning.
She advises clients on a broad range of property matters, in regard to the acquisition, sale and leasing of both commercial and residential properties.
Erin has experience in acting for landlords and tenants in relation to commercial lease agreements, and in acting for individuals, developers, corporate entities and financial institutions in the buying and selling of commercial and residential property.
She also has broad experience assisting with Probate and Estate Planning matters including drafting of wills, applications for probate and administration of estates.
Erin joined the firm as a trainee in 2023, qualifying as a solicitor in 2026.
