We are looking for a Medical Negligence & Personal Injury Solicitor to join our team, based in our busy Dublin 2 office. The ideal candidate will have at least one to two years’ post-qualification experience, ideally in the area of medical negligence.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Advising private clients on medical negligence and personal injury law
Managing medical litigation caseload in all courts to include liaising with counsel (where applicable) and management of case files to conclusion
Working independently and with senior colleagues on a variety of litigation matters
Interpreting, analysing and advising clients on relevant case law and legislation
Advising clients on alternative dispute resolution options and participating in mediations
Management of the client relationship
Participating in business development and networking activities as required
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
Key Skills & Experience:
Minimum of one to two years’ post-qualification experience in litigation with demonstrable experience in medical negligence and personal injury
Highly organised with a proven ability to manage a busy caseload
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A client-focused, empathetic and professional approach
