We are looking for an Employment Solicitor to join our expanding team, based in Dublin 2. The ideal candidate will have at least one to two years’ post-qualification experience, with experience in Employment law.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Advising clients on a diverse range of Employment law matters including Employment contracts, policies & procedures, redundancies and unfair dismissals
Taking instructions and managing Employment caseload in the Workplace Relations Commission and in the courts to include drafting complaints and pleadings, liaising with counsel (where applicable) and management of case files to conclusion
Working independently and with Employment team members on a variety of Employment matters
Interpreting, analysing and advising clients on relevant Employment case law and legislation
Management of the client relationship
Participating in business development and networking activities as required
Key Skills & Experience:
Minimum of one to two years’ post-qualification experience with demonstrable experience in Employment law
Strong case management and drafting skills
Highly organised with a proven ability to manage a busy caseload
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A client-focused, empathetic and professional approach
Qualification or relevant experience in GDPR is desired
