We are looking for a Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our expanding team, based in Dublin 2.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ post-qualification experience, ideally in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising clients on a diverse range of litigation and dispute resolution matters with a particular emphasis on insolvency, bankruptcy, shareholder disputes and property disputes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing litigation caseload in all courts to include drafting pleadings, liaising with counsel (where applicable) and management of case files to conclusion
Working independently and with senior colleagues on a variety of litigation matters
Interpreting, analysing and advising clients on relevant case law and legislation
Advising clients on alternative dispute resolution options and participating in mediations and arbitrations
Management of the client relationship
Participating in business development and networking activities as required
Key Skills & Experience:
Minimum of three years’ PQE in litigation and dispute resolution
Highly organised with a proven ability to manage a busy caseload
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adept at managing client relations
